Fullyn Field is Fullyn's solution for people working in the field: planning, time tracking, jobs, travel, leave and absences, then validation and month-end closing before the hand-off to the payroll office and the accountant. Workers use an app on their phone; the office checks and sends. Fullyn Field works with or without an ERP.

Fullyn Field is for companies of 10 to 5,000 workers whose work happens away from the office: construction and civil engineering, electrical installation, energy, heating and air conditioning, maintenance and technical services, cleaning and facility, parks and gardens. Fullyn Field is built for Belgium — Wallonia, Brussels, Flanders — and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

No: Fullyn Field covers three needs at once. Payroll preparation — hours, leave, absences, bad-weather days, travel allowances, Checkinatwork attendance. Operations — planning, assignments sent to the field, validation by the team leader, photos and reports. And profitability — every job attached to the project, the task and the sales order, so you can invoice without re-keying.

These are two ways to deploy the same solution, each with its own mobile app. Fullyn Field on the platform suits companies with no ERP, on another ERP, or on Odoo Online: the field uses the Fullyn app, the office works on app.fullyn.com, which then passes the data to your systems. Fullyn Field for Odoo installs as a module in your Odoo — V19 or V20, on Odoo.sh or your own server: the field uses the Fullyn Field app and everything is written straight into Odoo.

No. Without an ERP, Fullyn Field on the platform is enough: the office validates, closes the month and sends the payroll data to your payroll office. With Odoo on Odoo.sh or your own hosting, Fullyn Field for Odoo writes straight into your projects and timesheets. With another ERP, the connection is built through an API, on quotation.

No. Fullyn Field collects and validates everything payroll needs: working time, leave, absences, bad-weather days, travel allowances, Checkinatwork attendance. The collective-agreement calculation — supplements, scales, counters — happens at your payroll office or in your ERP's payroll module, where it is audited.

The Fullyn Field app comes in six languages: French, Dutch, English, German, Italian and Spanish. Everyone picks their own; the office reads everything in theirs.

With Fullyn Field, one tap starts a job and one tap stops it. You can also enter your hours manually, or your team leader can clock in for the whole crew.

Yes, Fullyn Field works in dead zones: you start and stop your jobs without a signal. The data leaves as soon as the phone finds one again — just reopen the app for a few seconds on your way home. You need a signal to log in the first time and to receive your schedule.

You scan your company's QR code, or enter its address, then your personal username and password. On a shared tablet in Kiosk mode, everyone clocks in with their PIN.

No. Everyone can use their own phone, or the company sets up a shared tablet in Kiosk mode, with a PIN per person — at the depot or on a site.

In the app you enter the start, the destination, the mode of transport and whether you were driver or passenger. Fullyn Field calculates the distance, your team leader validates, and the scale is applied afterwards by the payroll office or the company's payroll. The app never shows an amount in euros.

Yes. Leave, absences and bad-weather days are requested or declared directly in Fullyn Field, and you can see whether your request was accepted or refused.

Yes. In Fullyn Field, every job has its worksheet: photos, videos, written comment or voice note. Photos are compressed automatically so they don't fill up your phone.

No: Fullyn Field accepts photos and videos. Structured information goes through the worksheet.

Yes. The office plans and you receive your assignments in the app. You see the company's active projects and clock in against them; you don't create projects from the app.

“Info required” means your team leader or the office needs a clarification on a job: an hour to correct, a missing detail. You complete it in the app and send it back.

Yes. Fullyn Field keeps your history of jobs, journeys and leave, available in the app.

No. Fullyn Field records your position only when you start and stop a job, and when you log a journey. Nothing in between, nothing when the app is closed. The position is shown as town and postcode.

In Fullyn Field, the team leader — the “on-site validator” — clocks in for the crew, validates or corrects their timesheets from the app, and follows the crew in real time in the Cockpit: who has started, who is on a break, who has finished.

Yes. In Fullyn Field, the team leader starts and stops the job for the members of the crew, and each worker keeps their own timesheet.

Yes. Fullyn Field lets the team leader correct the time or the job before validating, on the spot. The office checks afterwards.

In Fullyn Field, the job goes back to the worker with the status “Info required”. They complete it and send it back.

Jobs arrive already validated by the team leader. The office checks them, corrects if needed, then closes the period. With Fullyn Field for Odoo, everything happens in Odoo; with Fullyn Field on the platform, on app.fullyn.com.

At closing, Fullyn Field prepares the job file in your payroll office's format and with your job codes: working time, leave, absences, bad-weather days, travel allowances, Checkinatwork attendance. The payroll calculation then happens at your payroll office. With Odoo Payroll, the data is already in Odoo.

Most payroll offices receive jobs as a file, and Fullyn Field prepares that file in their format and with your job codes. Two formats are live today: Le Cap, in Prisma format, and UCM, in Appipay format. For another payroll office, we set up its format with you at activation.

Yes. In Fullyn Field, every journey is logged on the spot — start, destination, mode of transport, driver or passenger — the app calculates the distance and the team leader validates. In the for Odoo version, the collective-agreement scale is then applied in Odoo Payroll or at the payroll office; on the platform, Fullyn passes the kilometres and the travel-allowance amounts to your systems. Yes. Bad weather is declared in the app the same day, with the hours concerned, and Fullyn Field has it validated like everything else before passing it to the payroll office.

Yes. Workers request leave and declare absences in the app; the team leader and the office process them. With Fullyn Field for Odoo, requests are relayed into Odoo's Time Off module; on the platform, they are handled on app.fullyn.com and leave with the month-end closing.

With Fullyn Field for Odoo, photos are stored in your own Odoo. On the platform, they live in the Fullyn platform and are passed to your systems along with the jobs and reports. Either way, they are compressed to roughly 500 kB each.

Yes. In Fullyn Field, every job is attached to the project, the task and, through the task, the sales order. You invoice on time spent or at a fixed price, and you compare sold against delivered while the site is running, with no re-keying.

The Cockpit shows each crew's status in real time: who has started, on which project, who is on a break or has finished, from the starts and stops made in the app.

Fullyn Field for Odoo costs €99 per user per year for the first year, then €129 per year, or €12.90 per user per month, plus €189 activation, once per company. Fullyn Field on the platform costs €0.69 per working day per field user, capped at €12.90 per month, and €0.29 per day for an office user, capped at €4.90 per month; activation there is free without an ERP connection and on quotation with one. Either way, a single edition, all features included.

No. Fullyn Field for Odoo comes in a single edition, all features included, and the activation fee is announced up front with the licences.

No. A phone is enough, or a shared tablet in Kiosk mode. Fullyn Field needs no badge, no terminal, no tracker box.

Getting started with Fullyn Field takes three steps: setting up your company and crews, connecting workers by QR code, first supported clock-ins. With Odoo, your integrator installs the module in your instance. The timing depends mostly on your organisation; we set it together at the demonstration.

Fullyn Field is built to be picked up without long training: one button to start, one to stop, six languages. The team leader can clock in for anyone who isn't comfortable with a phone.

Fullyn Field does not track workers. The position is recorded when a job starts and stops, and when a journey is logged, shown as town and postcode. Nothing in between, nothing when the app is closed. It is a point worth raising openly at the kick-off meeting.

Yes. With Fullyn Field for Odoo, all the data is in your Odoo. On the platform, it is passed back to your systems — ERP, payroll office, accountant, BI. Validated data lives with you, not in a second system of record.

Yes: a Fullyn Field subscription runs for one year minimum, whichever plan you choose, annual or monthly.

Machine hours are Fullyn Fleet's job; it allocates them to the same sites from your existing telematics. People stay in Fullyn Field: nothing is counted twice. Field for people, Fleet for machines.

Traxxeo is a workforce-management platform with its own payroll engine, document management for subcontractors and vehicle geolocation through tracker boxes, aimed at companies of roughly fifty employees and up. Fullyn Field takes the problem from the other end: validated data lives in your systems — your Odoo, or your systems through the platform — and serves payroll, planning and profitability at once, with no second system of record and no hardware to fit. Traxxeo goes further on the built-in collective-agreement calculation and on hardware; we go further on integration with your management tools and on reversibility.

GeoDynamics comes from vehicle track and trace, with modules for time, Checkinatwork and asset tracking on top. Fullyn Field starts from the worker's action, not the vehicle: clocking, travel and evidence come back by day and by site. For Odoo, Fullyn Field for Odoo is a native module, where GeoDynamics goes through a third-party connector. For machines, Fullyn Fleet takes over, from the telematics already installed.

Not with Fullyn Field. Where others answer with a box in the van, Fullyn Field answers with the action: starting and stopping each job tells you who began, on which site, at what time and in which town. That is usually what the office needs, with no hardware and no continuous tracking of people.

Odoo can keep timesheets; it has no app built for a worker on a site. Fullyn Field for Odoo adds what is missing: one-tap clocking, offline working, CP 124 and CP 149.01 travel allowances, bad-weather days, Checkinatwork, validation by the team leader on the spot and the month-end closing — writing into your Odoo projects and timesheets, with no parallel database.

With paper and spreadsheets, the office rebuilds the month: hours recalled from memory and disputed, kilometres hard to justify, photos scattered across phones and messaging apps, double entry for the ERP and for the payroll office. Fullyn Field captures the day where it happens, has it validated by the team leader, and sends it once.

Check In and Out at Work, or CIAO, is the attendance-registration regime that applies to construction sites from 1 April 2027. On building works of at least €500,000 excluding VAT, every person present — employee, temporary worker, self-employed or subcontractor — will have to register their own entry and exit, in real time. Checkinatwork will no longer be usable for those sites from that date. With Fullyn Field, that is the start-and-stop action your crews already perform to clock in. When Checkinatwork or CIAO is switched on in Fullyn Field, starting and stopping in the app sends the entry and the exit. The office sees every submission — accepted, pending or rejected — and can correct it. Without a signal, the submission leaves as soon as the phone finds one. A general working-time registration requirement has been announced, following the CCOO (2019) and Loredas (2024) rulings of the Court of Justice of the European Union and opinion no. 2462 of the National Labour Council. As of this page, the bill has not been voted: the target date is 1 January 2027, with a compliance tolerance until 1 April 2027 according to the FPS Employment. The employer must be able to justify the kilometres actually travelled, and each person's role — driver or passenger — as well as the mode of transport change the amount. Fullyn Field for Odoo integrates with Projects, Tasks, Timesheets, Planning, Time Off, Employees and Sales. Jobs are written into the timesheets of the task and the project; travel allowances into the Fullyn Field module.

Fullyn supplies the module to the customer's integrator, who installs it in the Odoo instance. Fullyn supports the first deployment and delivers the updates.

Fullyn Field for Odoo adds statuses to timesheets — “sent”, “validated on site” — alongside Odoo's native validation, plus a module for travel allowances. Timesheets stay Odoo timesheets.

Workers use the Fullyn Field app and are not Odoo users: they remain employees in your instance, and their jobs are written into the project and task timesheets. Which Odoo licences the office needs depends on the version and on your configuration: we look at that with you, with figures, before any proposal.

Fullyn invoices the Fullyn Field licences and the activation to the end customer. The integrator invoices their own services: consulting, configuration, integration, training. Fullyn provides product support.

Yes, Fullyn partners receive recurring compensation on the accounts they bring in. The terms are in the partner agreement.

Fullyn provides product support for Fullyn Field — app and module. The integrator remains the customer's contact for their Odoo and its configuration.
