1. Introduction
HIGH TEE SRL (hereinafter "Fullyn") places great importance on the protection of personal data and is committed to processing data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and applicable Belgian regulations.
This policy describes how Fullyn processes personal data:
- when using its website, communications and business relationships;
- and, more generally, in the context of providing its services.

Role as data processor (Fullyn SaaS services):
In the context of providing Fullyn services to its clients, Fullyn generally acts as a data processor within the meaning of GDPR, for data processed on behalf of the Client (data controller), in accordance with the subscription contract and applicable Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
3. Data processed
Fullyn may process the following categories of personal data:
a) Identification and contact data (B2B)
Last name, first name, professional email, professional phone number, position, company.
b) Usage and technical data
Connection logs, usage history, IP address, browser type, operating system, session identifiers, technical information necessary for operation and security.
c) Business data processed via services (depending on activated modules)
E.g., time tracking data and, if enabled and configured by the Client, location data within Fullyn Field, as well as business data entered in the applications.
4. Purposes and legal bases
Fullyn processes personal data for:
Contract execution
service provision, account management, technical support, billing.
Legitimate interest
security, fraud/abuse prevention, service improvement (global statistics, diagnostics).
Consent (where applicable)
newsletters and marketing communications when required by law.
Legal obligations
accounting, tax obligations, responses to competent authorities.
5. Retention periods
Unless otherwise required by law, retention periods are:
- Account data : duration of the contractual relationship, then up to 3 years after the last activity (dispute management / commercial follow-up).
- Billing data : 10 years (Belgian legal requirement).
- Technical logs : 12 months (unless security incident requires longer retention).
- Cookies : maximum 13 months (or according to consent settings).
6. Recipients and sub-processors
Data may be accessible to:
- authorized Fullyn personnel;
- technical service providers (hosting, support, email) acting as sub-processors, subject to confidentiality and security obligations.
7. Transfers outside the EEA
Data is primarily processed in the European Union.
If a transfer outside the EEA were to occur, Fullyn will implement appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions).
